Quality Certification: Ready-Mix Concrete manufacturers must be able to demonstrate the ability to produce concrete that fits the performance-based specifications of design engineers. Establishing a robust quality management system improves the reputation of a concrete producer in the market, improves profitability, and demonstrates the ability to optimize concrete mixtures and deliver concrete that meets specification requirements. The first requirement is for a company to develop and manage a quality manual with minimum criteria established by NRMCA.
